Here is where we can really help. You’ve decided you don’t want a fully fledged (and expensive) letting agent but you want the benefit of someone who can field your tenants’ queries and problems. Think of us like your personal assistant. We can arrange the things you don’t want to – whether that’s carrying out an inspection, arranging a replacement washing machine (that fits in that awkward space and you’re not sure of the measurements) or meeting a plumber to change an old toilet.
